lifeWORKS Enterprises began as the brainchild of two couples, Donna and Terry Wise and Heidi and Joe Wadlinger. It started as a concept to help people to become the best they can be and gelled into a company that melded all of their talents and successes in personal, business, and ministry development. Between them, they have started many successful businesses, unified and enhanced ministries, counseled people in inner healing and personal enhancement, marketed businesses, developed logos, media, videos and websites. They have helped employers, employees and enhanced their understanding and relationships.

Donna Wise
Donna received her bachelor's degree in Chemistry and spent nearly 25 years in the chemical industry in the area of research and marketing. In the late 90's, Donna left this field to pursue ministry and entered Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Donna now pastors a church in the Concord area and co-owns three licensed mental health clinics with her husband Terry.
Since entering the ministry, Donna has discovered a passion and gifting for assisting men and women in transforming their lives out of destructive life patterns and into productive and responsible life choices, allowing each person to reach his or her fullest potential with their individual natural gifting.
Donna and Terry have been married over 30 years and work closely together in both business and ministry. Through their teaching and seminars, they have been privileged to see many people reach new levels in their life.
They are the proud parents of two children and the grandparents of six grandchildren. Donna is a certified administrator of the DISC Behavioral Profile.
Terry Wise
Terry pursued his passion during his college years with a major in Business Administration. Because of his love for business, he realized he would only fulfill his dream by owning a business. Over the past 30 years he has owned several successful businesses and currently co-owns a bonding business and three private mental health facilities with his wife, Donna.
Terry has been married to Donna, the love of his life for 30 years. They have two children, Chris and Karen and their spouses, Sandy and Aaron. They are also blessed with six wonderful grandchildren.
Terry and Donna realize their mutual passion for helping couples to improve their personal lives and they have partnered with Dr. Joseph Wadlinger and his wife Heidi to form Life Works Enterprises.
Their goal is to share their knowledge and experiences by assisting others in owning and operating a profitable business and to experience the freedom of gaining control over their lives.
Joseph Wadlinger, M.D.
Joe received his Doctorate of Medicine in 1982 and then decided to go into the burgeoning field of computer medicine. He worked for a large corporation, a small company and then was a partner/owner of a computer business for 15 years. He is also a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner.
Not forsaking his passion for teaching, he uses his clinical knowledge and continuing study to help people make their lives better through seminars, classes and other resource materials.
Realizing their mutual passion, he has teamed up with Donna and Terry Wise to create lifeWORKS, a full service company specializing in the areas of business, personal and ministry development.
He has been married to his wife and best friend, Heidi, for over 30 years and has three fine adult sons, a daughter-in-law and a very special granddaughter.
